Who makes ManagerWordsCo

ManagerWordsCo is run by Rob Keeley. Every kit is built for real manager moments: the hard conversation, the huddle, the 1:1, the review, the goal and the handoff. Kits are created by Rob Keeley with AI assistance. Every script and tool was directed, reviewed and finalized by Rob Keeley.

Rob is a U.S. Navy veteran and has spent more than 15 years at a major U.S. airline. He moved into leadership training in 2014 and has led a team of instructors as a Learning Manager since 2022. The kits come from the conversations he has as a manager every week.
